We would just like to remind you that meals are available to order online for the new term, with the order deadline for the first week back being Thursday 29nd of August at 12 noon.
If you already have children registered, you will need to update their new year group and class details before you are able to order meals.
Please ensure you select the correct entitlement when asked if your child is eligible for Free School Meals, if you are unsure please click UFSM and ask your school for clarification.
- UFSM – The Universal Infant Free School Meal (UFSM) scheme means that all children in Key Stage 1, year groups; reception through to year 2 are entitled to a free meal regardless of the parent/guardian’s household income.
- FSM – Pupil Premium, Free School Meal (FSM) – children in Key Stage 1 & 2, year groups from reception to year 6 whose parent/guardian are in receipt of the qualifying government benefits are also entitled to a free meal. Please ensure that you are entitled to FSM before selecting this option as all requests need to be authorised by your school and you will not be able to order meals until approved. Please visit the Lincolnshire County Council website to see if you can qualify for free school meals https://www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/schools-and-education/free-school-meals/ please note however that LCC’s site is misleading. you can apply regardless of the child’s school year (LCC’s site mentions reception, yr1 and yr2 only) as long as you meet the required eligibility, you do not need to apply if your child is UIFSM and you are not in receipt of the benefits mentioned.
- NO – If your child is in KS2 and is not entitled to Free School Meals you will be directed to the payment site. Please note orders are not confirmed until payment has been made. There will be a 10 minute grace period after the 12noon cut off to make payment. Any meals left in the basket after this period that have not been paid for will be automatically removed from the basket.
Please note, once you have ordered and confirmed or paid for the week’s meals successfully, the orange week banner will turn green and the number of meals for that week will be displayed. You will also be able to view your previous orders in the past orders section of your dashboard as well as receiving an email order confirmation.
If your child is still registered with us but is either a year 6 leaver or has moved schools, you can remove their details by logging into your account. You can also amend your email preferences from your account dashboard.
